Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of a client, a leading global accounting and consulting firm, is seeking to recruit a creative Marketing Officer to join its professional team in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will support the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives by coordinating communications, marketing campaigns, digital channels, and client engagement activities. The role is designed to enhance the firm’s market presence and promote its audit, tax, and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote the firm’s services
- Ensuring consistency of branding across all internal and external communications
- Preparing marketing materials, including brochures, service sheets, presentations, and credentials documents
- Supporting partners and managers with proposal preparation and client pitch materials
- Administering and updating the firm’s website and social media channels
- Preparing newsletters, articles, announcements, and thought-leadership content
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and webinars
- Monitoring engagement metrics and preparing reports on campaign performance
- Coordinating networking events, sponsorship activities, and internal events
- Supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Assisting with media relations and liaising with external agencies where required
- Drafting internal and external communications, including press releases and announcements
- Contributing to the development of thought leadership and technical publications
- Working closely with partners and department heads to support the promotion of service offerings
- Conducting basic market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing activities
- Providing general support to marketing and client engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Relevant experience, preferably within a professional services firm
- Hands-on experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
- Solid organisational and project management skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages
